    You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes and as intended. The following actions are strictly prohibited:

    • Engaging in activities that compete with Insight Hi.
    • Spamming or conducting illegal activities.
    • Misusing our services or violating any subscription plan limits (including the number of questions, responses, and active surveys).
    • Using our AI features beyond the scope of your subscription plan.

    4. Pricing and Payment

    Our services are offered on a subscription basis, with options for monthly or yearly billing. All payments are processed through secure payment systems. Prices are subject to change, and we will notify you of any changes to your subscription plan or pricing.

    5. Refund Policy

    You may request a refund if you cancel your subscription within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for partial periods or after the initial 7-day period.

    To cancel your subscription, contact our support team at support@insight-hi.com before the next billing cycle. If you cancel after the billing cycle has started, you will not receive a refund for that cycle but will retain access until the end of the current billing period.

    3. Processing Time

    Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving your cancellation request. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    4. Non-Refundable Charges

    Fees paid for custom services or add-ons are non-refundable.

    We reserve the right to modify our refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated via email or through our website.
