    • Misusing our services or violating any subscription plan limits (including the number of questions, responses, and active surveys).
    • Using our AI features beyond the scope of your subscription plan.

    4. Pricing and Payment

    Our services are offered on a subscription basis, with options for monthly or yearly billing. All payments are processed through secure payment systems. Prices are subject to change, and we will notify you of any changes to your subscription plan or pricing.

    5. Refund Policy

    You may request a refund if you cancel your subscription within 7 days of purchase. No refunds will be issued for partial periods or after the initial 7-day period.

    Refunds will be processed within 30 business days of receiving your cancellation request. The amount will be credited back to the original payment method used for the purchase.

    Fees paid for custom services or add-ons are non-refundable.
